Welcome to St. Alphonsus Christian Formation
Welcome to the St. Alphonsus Christian Formation Program! Our mission is to bring the teachings of the Catholic Church to children in Kindergarten through Eleventh grade by following the guidelines set forth by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. This includes preparation for the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion in the student's second year of catechesis after Kindergarten and preparation for Confirmation in the student's tenth and eleventh year of high school.
