My name is Stacey Pagac. My education is in Early Childhood and Infant/Toddler education through MATC, and Dance through UWM. I have worked in childcare for over 15 years, and also enjoyed owning an indoor playground as an entrepreneur with my Dad for 6 years prior to my employment at St. Alphonsus in 2015. My husband Nick and I also married here at St. Alphonsus in 2004 and my Mom, Barabara Haushalter was a teacher here for 22 years. We have three boys who all have attended or currently attend St. Al's. Our oldest son Brody is a freshman at Franklin High School. Maxum is a 6th grade student here at St. Al's, along with his brother Marek who is in the 3rd grade
Outside of my position as the Cougar Club Coordinator at St. Alphonsus, I am a Certified Massage Therapist since 1994, specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy for pain relief and Sports Massage for athletes. My husband is an Electrical Engineer at Rockwell Automation in Mequon. Having three boys, we currently, and frequently are trying to maximize and reorganize our Franklin home with new updates to better suit our family. I personally enjoy Interior Design and decorating. I also enjoy dance, Musical Theater, and Zumba classes. Having a background in dance and musical theater, nowadays I enjoy embarrassing my boys with my "Guys and Dolls" songs and "Chorus Line" combinations! My husband and I try to stay involved in the Theater Arts throughout the Milwaukee area. We enjoy spending time with both of our extended families. We and our boys LOVE having our families close by. It is a BLESSING!
What I enjoy the most about working at St. Alphonsus, is that it feels like a large family community of teachers and staff. Working with the children and spending one on one when behavioral or emotional issues arise make me feel positive in my position and my belief in the Virtue Based Restorative Discipline program. Working at St. Al's with children teaches me patience and an understanding that not one child is like another. It reminds me to TEACH kindness and to be a constant role model. The staff and camaraderie within this school reaffirms my faith. Because of this, St. Alphonsus has made me a better person in my personal life, and I am thankful for this every day that I am here.
